The stainless steel pressure gauge consists of a measuring system (including a stainless steel connector, Bourdon tube, and gear transmission mechanism), an indicating system (including the pointer and dial), and a casing. The entire measuring system is made of stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance.
The working principle of the stainless steel pressure gauge is based on the deformation of an elastic element—the Bourdon tube. When the measured medium enters the Bourdon tube through the connector, it causes the free end of the tube to move. This displacement is transmitted through the gear mechanism, driving the pointer to indicate the pressure on the dial.
The stainless steel pressure gauge is available in two structural types: Type I (radial) and Type II (radial back with side connection).
