Using Stainless Steel Pressure Gauges Should You Notice These?

The stainless steel pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system (including stainless steel joints, spring tubes, gear transmission mechanism), an indicator part, (including Pointers and dial), and a watch case part. The measuring system is made of stainless steel with good corrosion resistance.

The working principle of the stainless steel pressure gauge is based on the deformation of the elastic element - the spring tube. The measured medium enters the spring tube through the joint, so that the end of the spring tube produces displacement, which is transmitted and amplified by the connecting rod through the transmission mechanism pressure, so that the pointer indicates the pressure of the measured medium on the dial.

Use stainless steel pressure gauges to note these:

Stainless steel pressure gauges should be used in places where the ambient temperature is -40 ° C -+70 ° C and the relative humidity is not greater than 85%, and where vibration or the sharp pulsation of the measured medium has no effect on contact and accurate signal reading. After setting up and connecting, carefully check the electrical circuit, and perform a test action.

When the stainless steel pressure gauge is adjusted to the given value, it must be carried out with the aid of a slotted screw driver. It can be used up to 3/4 of the upper limit for static load measurement, 2/3 of the upper limit for alternating load measurement, and up to the upper limit for instantaneous measurement.
