Five Protective Measures For Pressure Gauges in Winter
Leave a message
In the cold winter, the main means of "antifreeze" of instruments and meters is still relying on the inspection of instrument workers. In the event of freezing, coagulation and other circuits, the method of blowing and tapping pipes with external steam belts is adopted. The means are very primitive, and the efficiency is not high. In order to reduce the workload of pressure gauge maintenance, smooth production, and let the instrument and equipment safely winter, you can prevent "frostbite" instrument and equipment according to the following five measures.
1, pressure gauge installation measures
Install the instruments in a dry place that is free from rain or snow.
2. Insulation measures
Use insulation material to keep warm, that is, wrap the parts of the instrument that are easy to freeze or are afraid of freezing with insulation material. When winter comes, it is necessary to check and discharge frequently to prevent the insulation material of the package from being damaged.
3. Spot inspection measures
If conditions permit, a special person shall carry out technical confirmation and technical disposal on whether the insulation material is damaged or whether the steam pipeline is blocked.
