The Difference Between Pressure Switches And Pressure Sensors
Leave a message
1. Function:
The pressure sensor is mainly used to convert the pressure of the stressed object into an electrical signal for measurement and control system connection. This sensor has a continuous output and is usually connected to a controller that monitors and responds to pressure.
The pressure switch is to open or close the switch when the pressure reaches or exceeds the set value according to the preset pressure value. It is designed to turn the circuit on or off when the pressure within the system rises or falls, similar to the on/off function of a light switch.
2. Working principle:
Pressure sensors convert pressure into analog electrical signals that can be measured, recorded, or used to control systems.
The pressure switch detects the pressure mechanically or electronically and triggers the switch action when a preset value is reached.
