Pressure switch calibration method

At present, the manufacturers generally use precision pressure gauge or digital pressure gauge as the standard for the verification of pressure switches. When verifying, listen to the sound and read the method to verify the pressure switch during the process of pressurizing and decompressing the pressure switch, and measure the switch with a multimeter to determine the change of the switch. During operation, the calibration personnel should read the data timely and accurately while judging the switch change.

The main problems with this approach are:

Since the precision pressure gauge is generally used in the laboratory, the long-term and high frequency use in the production site will soon make its indication value out-of-tolerance, so this test method is not suitable for use under field conditions;

The engraving line of the precision pressure gauge is very dense, it is easy to misread and misjudge the phenomenon, and the fatigue of the worker and the subjective reasons of the personnel will become the factors that produce the difference in reading;
